【摘要】 目的探讨自我效能护理干预对胶质瘤患者术后心理状态及化疗依从性的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月间汉中市中心医院收治的行手术治疗的160例脑胶质瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用自我效能护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果、癌因性疲乏情况和生活质量。结果护理干预后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95. 0%,高于对照组的67. 5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。护理干预后,观察组患者护理满意度、依从率和舒适度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 01)。护理后,两组患者情感、感知、行为严重度、认知及总分均较护理前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 01)。护理后,两组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能和社会功能评分均较护理前升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 01)。结论在常规护理基础上加用自我效能护理干预,能提高脑胶质瘤患者术后临床疗效,增强患者治疗信心和应对能力,提高患者生存质量、护理满意度、护理依从率及护理舒适度等,促进患者肢体功能和生活自理能力恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy nursing intervention on the change of psychological state and the compliance with chemotherapy in patients with glioma. Methods From January2016 to January 2019,160 patients with glioma who were treated surgically at Hanzhong Central Hospital were included in the study. According to the random table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 80 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were given self-efficacy nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing and patients in the control group were only given routine nursing. The nursing efficacy,cancer fatigue and quality of life of were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,the overall efficacy rate was 95. 0% in the observation group which was significantly higher than 67. 5% of the control group(P < 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction,compliance rate and comfort were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). After nursing,emotion,perception,behavior,congnition and the overall score decreased in both groups with the observation group lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). The physical,role,congnitive,emotional,and social functions improved in both groups with the observation group higher than the control group(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The self-efficacy nursing intervention combined with routine nursing can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,enhance the confidence and coping capacity,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance rate,and nursing comfort,and simultaneously promotes the recovery of the limb function and the self-care ability in patients with glioma.更多还原
