传感器数据在船舶数字化中的应用价值与挑战
Applicable Value and Challenge of Sensor Data in Digitization of Ships
【摘要】 智能船舶是未来船舶的发展方向,其基础条件在于实现船舶数字化。本文从船舶数字化的概念出发,介绍了船舶数字化的基本特点。船舶数字应用建立在数据基础之上,通过介绍传感器数据在实时监控、优化管理、虚拟模型、趋势预测以及自主航行这五个方面的应用实例,阐明传感器数据在船舶数字化中的应用价值。在实现数据价值过程中存在多种阻碍因素,其中缺乏保证传感器数据质量和可用性的统一标准是船舶数字化面临的主要挑战。通过上述分析,可为船舶数字化的发展提供参考和建议。
【Abstract】 Intelligent ships are based on realizing of digitization. General features of digitization are summarized. Applicable value of sensor data is clarified through five aspects: real-time monitoring, management optimization, virtual model, trend prediction and autonomous voyage. In realizing the value of data there exist various obstructive factors like the absence of unified standards which will guarantee the quality and usability of the data. This analysis may provide guidance for the development of digitization of ships.
