肺癌化疗耐药性外文研究现状的可视化分析

【摘要】 目的:利用可视化的方法评价目前肺癌化疗耐药性外文研究的现状,以期为肺癌化疗耐药研究者开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library数据库,检索时间截至2018年1月20日。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准筛选出肺癌化疗耐药性外文研究文章,用BICOMS-2分析软件对主要主题词、国家、作者进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵和(或)词篇矩阵,利用NetDraw 2.089和gCLUTO 1.0分别绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:初检获得肺癌化疗耐药性外文文献5 860篇,最终纳入相关研究2 893篇;相关研究发表的文章从1995年开始,在2015年达到顶峰;发文最多的国家依次为美国、英国、爱尔兰、希腊和挪威;刊载相关研究的杂志有531种,载文量超过10篇的杂志仅占总刊载杂志的10.2%,载文量最多的杂志为Lung Cancer (Amsterdam, Netherlands);参加肺癌耐药性研究发表的作者数量为12 244位,发文量大于40篇的作者仅有8人,主要研究作者间存在紧密联系。纳入文章中的主要主题词共有1 398个,其中Lung Neoplasms、Drug Resistance,Neoplasm、Antineoplastic Agents、Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung、Receptor, Epidermal Growth Factor处于核心位置,研究主题有4个。结论:肺癌耐药性研究近10年越来越成为研究者关注的热点;该领域研究在国家和地域上存在不平衡性,且差异较大;相关研究者人数众多,高产系列研究者较少,其相互间联系紧密,但跨国家和地域的联系较少,合作有待进一步的加强;肺癌耐药性研究的主题主要围绕肺癌耐药性机制研究展开。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current status of foreign studies on chemoresistance in lung cancer by visual method in order to provide reference for chemoresistance researchers. METHODS A computerized search of PubMed, EMbase, and the Cochrane Library databases was conducted up to January 20, 2018. Two researchers independently screened out foreign language studies on lung cancer drug resistance according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. BICOMS-2 software was used to extract and collate keywords, countries and authors and generate co-occurrence matrix and/or word matrix. NetDraw 2.089 and gCLUTO 1.0 softwares were used to draw the network diagram and performcluster analysis respectively. RESULTS 5 860 foreign literatures on chemoresistance of lung cancer were identified in the preliminary examination, and 2 893 literatures were included in the study. The articles were first publishedin 1995,andhave reached the peak in 2015.The countries with the most publications were USA, UK, Ireland, Greece and Norway in turn. There were 531 journals containing relevant studies, and the journals with more than 10 articles accounted for 10.2% of the total journals, and the journal with the most articles was Lung cancer(Amsterdam, Netherlands). The number of authors who participated in the study of lung cancer drug resistance was 12 244, and only 8 who published more than 40 articles. There were 1 398 main themes included in the article, among which Lung Neoplasms, Drug Resistance, Neoplasm, Antineoplastic Agents, Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung, Receptor and Epidermal Growth Factor were in the core position, with 4 research topics. CONCLUSION Drug resistance of lung cancer had become a hot topic for researchers in recent 10 years; there were imbalances and great differences in the country and region; the number of relevant researchers were large, but high-yielding series of researchers were fewer, which are closely related to each other. In addition, there are fewer cross-national and regional links, and cooperation needs to be further strengthened; the topic of lung cancer drug resistance research is mainly focused on the mechanism of lung cancer drug resistance.
