【摘要】 目的:分析左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭时诱发不良反应的原因和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对2017年1月至2019年1月临床应用左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭患者的107份病例进行回顾性统计分析。结果:107份病例中9例发生左西孟旦相关不良反应,不良反应发生率8.41%,其中男3例,女6例,年龄48～91岁,累及系统-器官主要为心血管系统和中枢神经系统。结论:应用左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭时可出现严重程度不同的药物不良反应,应根据患者的自身状况做到个体化用药,并加强用药期间的心电监护,保障患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes and characteristics of levosimendan-induced adverse drug reactions in the treatment of heart failure and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. METHODS A total of 107 patients with heart failure treated with levosimendan from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Among 107 cases, 9 cases of adverse reactions related to levosimendan occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.41%, including 3 males and 6 females aged 48-91 years old. Cardiovascular system and central nervous system were the most frequent ADRs in the collected case. CONCLUSION Levosimendan may cause adverse drug reactions with different severity in the treatment of heart failure. It is necessary to individualize the medication according to the patient’s own condition and strengthen ECG monitoring during medication to ensure the safety of medication.更多还原
