利用分子印迹技术从水红花子中提取花旗松素的研究
Study on the application of Solid Phase Extraction of taxifolin-molecularly imprinted polymer
【摘要】 目的:研究花旗松素分子印迹聚合物在中药提取液中固相萃取花旗松素的运用。方法:将花旗松素分子印迹聚合物装入聚丙烯柱制备成固相萃取柱,对水红花子提取物进行固相萃取,并考察多次重复使用该柱萃取水红花子水提液中花旗松素的萃取率,采用高效液相(HPLC)法进行检测。结果:花旗松素分子印迹聚合物固相萃取柱能特异性地从水红花子的提取物中萃取出花旗松素,多次重复使用该柱进行萃取,花旗松素的萃取率均能达到90%以上。结论:花旗松素分子印迹聚合物对花旗松素具有较好的选择性,可用于萃取、富集中药中的花旗松素,且其性质稳定,萃取柱可以重复多次使用,优越于一般常规的固相萃取柱。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the application of taxifolin-molecularly imprinted polymer(Tax-MIP) in solid phase extraction(SPE) of taxifolin extracted from traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS A solid phase extraction column was prepared by loading the Tax-MIP into a polypropylene column(MISPE). The MISPE was used for extracting corilagin and its analogs from Polygonum orientale L to investigate the recovery rate of taxifolin from Polygonum orientale L. The samples were measured by HPLC. RESULTS The Tax-MIP had good selectivity and extracted taxifolin from Polygonum orientale L.The results showed that the recovery rate of taxifolincould reach 90% after repeatedly used. CONCLUSION The taxifolin-MIP has good selectivity fortaxifolin, which can be used for extracting and enriching taxifolin from herbs. In addition, its properties are stable, and the extraction column can be reused, which is superior to the conventional conventional solid-phase extraction column.
