【摘要】 目的:探索构建综合医院门诊部医疗质量评价体系。方法:采用资料收集法、关键知情人访谈法构建综合医院门诊部医疗质量评价体系逻辑框架和指标库,运用德尔菲专家咨询法和层次分析法确定指标及其权重。结果:基于Donabedian模型建立了综合医院门诊部医疗质量评价体系,包括4个一级指标、19个二级指标和48个三级指标。结论:该体系具有较好的科学性与可操作性,可作为评估综合医院门诊部医疗质量的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To construct the medical quality assessment system of outpatient department of general hospitals. Methods: Literature collection method and key informants interview method were used to construct the logical framework and index database of medical quality assessment system of outpatient department of general hospitals. Delphi method and AHP were used to determine the indicators and the weights. Results: Based on the Donabedian model, the medical quality assessment system of outpatient department in general hospital was established, including 4 first-class indicators, 19 second-class indicators and 48 third-class indicators. Conclusion:The system is scientific and operable, and it can be used as an efficient tool to assess the medical quality of outpatient department of general hospitals.更多还原
