【Abstract】 Under the environment of healthcare reform, a common problem faced by developing areas is how to motivate staff, improve patient experience and assure hospital sustainable development with the precondition of securing public interest in public hospital. According to the theory of excellent quality high efficiency and low cost, Qingyuan People’s Hospital has deepened its reform from single hospital management to regional healthcare delivery system. The contents include strengthening public interest, improving the capacity of primary hospital, innovating development mode, implementing high quality and low cost strategy to assure hospital sustainable development.
