【Abstract】 The management of high-value medical consumables is an important part of modern hospital management, and its management level will directly affect medical safety and quality. With the help of information technology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital has built a HRP system framework for high-value consumables management, reorganized the management nodes, and explored the management mode of high-value consumables purchasing package, and achieved certain results. This paper introduces the scope of management mode, business process and the corresponding module construction framework of HRP system in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and analyses the key points and phased results of quality control in each link.更多还原
