【Abstract】 At the end of October 2018, the CPC Central Committee issued Regulations on the Work of the Communist Party of China Branch(Trial), which follows the Party Constitution and implements the Party’s organizational line, being an important measure to extend the Party’s overall strict governance to the grassroots level.How to improve the quality of Party branch construction in the new era has become an important task for industries and organizations at all levels. Large public hospital is the main force of national health care and guarding people’s health, while medical technology departments are the frontiers of clinical diagnosis and treatment, therefore the quality of testing technology and the level of service play extremely important role. We must adhere to the guidance of Party Construction as well as the joint development of Party and Industry, transform the political advantages of Party Construction into the competitive advantages of development by strengthening the construction of general Party branch and Party branches of medical technology departments, so as to Improve the initiative and enthusiasm of serving patients, promote discipline development, and facilitate the sustainable development of medical and health undertakings.更多还原
