医院新入职职工归属感提升策略和实践探索
Strategy and practice on promoting new joiner’s sense of belonging
【摘要】 基于个人与组织融合理论,从重视入职培训,树立标杆样本;开展拓展活动,助力融入医院;提高科室要求,院科联合协作;关注职工生活,促进文化传承等方面构建了医院新入职职工归属感提升方案。并通过两年的实践探索和小范围的深入访谈,对该实践方案从理论课程设计、员工参与、多部门联合等问题提出了修改建议,为后续的新入职职工归属感的研究提供了理论和实践依据。
【Abstract】 Based on theory of individuals and organization integrating,hospital new joiner’s sense of belonging promotion plan involving highlighting on entrance training,benchmarking,carrying out outward-bound,strengthening the coordination of hospital and department,paying attention to new joiner’s life and hospital culture.With 2 years practice and in-depth interview,the mode was revised in aspects of theory,staff participation and department coordination and gave practice based evidence for new joiner.
