【摘要】 以重庆医科大学附属第一医院为例,对医联体的4种模式,即医院集团、医共体、专科联盟、远程协作医疗进行对比分析。分析研究显示:医联体在帮扶基层医院提升医疗服务水平、人才培养和加强专科建设等方面都发挥了积极的作用,对推进分级诊疗、上下转诊的落地也有一定成效。重庆医科大学附属第一医院4种模式建设探索与实践为推进医联体发展可提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was taken as an example, 4 modes of medical association which can be described as medical group, medical communities, specialties alliances and tele-medicine collaboration networks has been introduced and compared. It showed that medical association have played a positive role in improving medical care, talent cultivation and enhancing specialty construction in primary level hospitals, effectively promoting the formation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and twoway referral system, thereby providing references for future development.更多还原
