【摘要】 60只断奶仔兔随机分为5组,每组12只,并分为3个重复,每个重复4只仔兔。仔兔饲喂添加不同牛至含量的日粮,预试验7 d,为期21 d的正式试验后,对试验动物进行称重、采血和屠宰,并测量免疫器官的绝对值和计算器官指数。结果表明牛至能极显著降低免疫球蛋白含量(P<0.01),牛至的不同添加量对仔兔的大多数血液生化指标无显著性影响,这表明饲养兔群可能处于健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 60 weaning rabbits were divided in 5 groups freely. Each group contained 12 weaning rabbits. They were divided in 3 repeats. Each repeat contained 4 weaning rabbits. The weaning rabbits were fed with different daily food which contained different Chinese Herbal Medicine levels. Preliminary experiments for 7 days, the official test for 21 days. At the end of the experiment, rabbits were weighted and slaughter and collected blood. The immune organ were weighted and calculated the immune organ index. The results indicate that Chinese Herbal Medicine significantly reduced the immunoglobulin levels, but different added Chinese Herbal Medicine had less infection on blood biochemical indices, and this shewed the rabbit in a healthy condition.更多还原
