【Abstract】 Beginning with the basic concept and history development of allotments garden, the paper teases the establishing process of the institutional system and introduces the impetus by the two World Wars on allotments garden in UK. Focused on London’s allotments garden, it analyses the general information, distribution characteristic and development trend of which. Then the paper discusses the institutional guarantee, operating principle and selfmanagement mode, probes into the productive and conflicting characteristics, sums up the multi-value and introduces the latest development of London’s allotments garden. At the end it concludes the development situation and existing problems of various agricultural gardens in China now and brings out the enlightenment of allotments garden for urban landscape and environment in China.更多还原
