【摘要】 《街道景观指南》经历近10年的发展,为伦敦街道景观的设计和建设提供了系统性的工作框架。根据2016年最新版本,深入解析了指南的主要内容及其背后的编制逻辑、运作体系与过程,并基于全过程管控的视角对其经验进行了提炼,体现在应用循证实践方法形成设计与管理全程衔接、借助第三方机构建立全程跟踪服务机制、通过创新性试验带动更新升级,以及利用精中求细的控制实现设计与管理适度交互4个方面。在此基础上,重点结合中国街道发展现状,探讨指南对我国街道发展的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Streetscape Guidance has undergone nearly a decade of development, providing a systematic framework for practitioners to design and build streets in London. According to the latest version in 2016, the main contents of the guidance and the logic,operation system and process behind it are thoroughly analyzed, and its experience is refined from four aspects based on the perspective of the whole process control, applying evidence-based practice to joint design and management among the full process, establishing a full-track service mechanism by third-party organization, promoting the upgrade with innovative trials, and achieving the moderate interaction between design and management under lean thinking.At the end, the paper discusses the enlightenment on future development of domestic street, taking the status quo of street planning and development of China into account.更多还原
