【摘要】 目的探讨白血病患儿伴发急性阑尾炎的诊断、治疗方法、手术时机及预后。方法回顾分析2013年1月—2018年9月收治的12例白血病患儿并发急性阑尾炎诊断并行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果患儿在全麻下完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术10例,保守治疗2例。术后出现高热3例,盆腔积脓3例,脐部穿刺孔渗血、积血1例,均经处理后治愈出院,无死亡病例。结论白血病患儿伴发急性阑尾炎,诊断多依赖体征及超声,一旦确诊应首选手术治疗。腹腔镜阑尾切除术并发症少、康复快、住院时间短,为治疗白血病患儿并发急性阑尾炎提供了很好的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment,surgical timing and prognosis of acute appendicitis in children with leukemia.Methods From January 2013 to September 2018,12 leukemia children complicated with acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Under general anesthesia,laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in 10 cases,conservative treatment in 2 cases,after surgery,3 patients developed high fever,pelvic pus in 3 cases,bleeding through puncture hole of umbilical incision and hemorrhage in 1 case.All cases were cured and discharged.Conclusions The diagnosis of acute appendicitis in leukemia patients depends mainly on clinical signs and ultrasound.Surgical treatment should be the first choice once confirmed.With the development of laparoscopic technique in recent years,laparoscopic appendectomy has fewer complications,less trauma,better curative effect and faster recovery and shorter hospital stay.The advantages provide better option for the treatment of acute appendicitis in children with leukemia.更多还原
