【摘要】 目的探讨氦氖激光联合左旋多巴对小儿难治性弱视对比敏感度和视力的影响。方法选择94例难治性弱视患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用氦氖激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合左旋多巴治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后对比敏感度,视力变化情况,图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP),立体视锐度情况。结果研究组总有效率及视力≥0.9率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后两组不同空间频率的对比敏感度及振幅均上升,潜伏期缩短和立体视锐度提高,研究组以上指标变化更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论氦氖激光联合左旋多巴可提高小儿难治性弱视的疗效,更能有效改善患儿对比敏感度及视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of helium-neon laser combined with levodopa on the contrast sensitivity and visual acuity of refractory amblyopia in children.Methods 94 children with refractory amblyopia were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,control group treated with he-ne laser,the research group treated with levodopa on the basis of the control group,then clinical curative effect,contrast sensitivity,vision change,graphic visual evoked potential(P-VEP),three-dimensional visual sharpness before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate and visual acuity 0.9 rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the contrast sensitivity of the two groups with different spatial frequencies were increased,the incubation period and stereoscopic acuity were decreased,and the changes in the above indicators were more obvious in the research,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Helium-neon laser combined with levodopa can improve the curative effect of refractory amblyopia in children,and more effectively improve the contrast sensitivity and vision in children.更多还原
