【摘要】 目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合针刺对麻痹性斜视的治疗效果。方法选取34例麻痹性斜视患者,随机分为观察组、对照组各17例。2组均给鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察组在此基础上给予穴位针刺治疗,2组均以7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。结果在性别,眼位偏斜、眼球运动障碍、第二斜视角大于第一斜视角、代偿头位等组内数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)的前提下,治疗组总有效率为88. 23%,对照组总有效率为76.47%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合针刺对麻痹性斜视的治疗效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effect of mNGF combined with acupuncture on paralytic strabismus. Methods Thirty-four patients with paralytic strabismus were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 17 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with rat nerve growth factor. The observation group was treated with acupoint acupuncture on this basis. The two groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was judged after 2 courses of treatment. Results On the premise that there was no significant difference in gender,eye position deviation, eye movement disorder, second oblique angle greater than first oblique angle and compensatory head position(P>0.05), the total effective rate was 88. 23% in the treatment group and 76. 47% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05).
