【摘要】 本文就中美贸易战对我国牛羊产业发展的影响展开了分析。分析认为:中美贸易战将促进我国牛羊产业结构性改革,倒逼产业转型升级,也将推进我国饲草产业优化调整,为饲草产业发展带来机遇;同时引致饲料饲草价格上涨,养殖成本增加,预期利润率下降,养殖规模增速受限;加之中美贸易战情况复杂,贸易风险不确定性加大。对此,从短期和长期2个层面提出应对策略:短期应增加能繁母畜和良种补贴力度,对苜蓿和大豆种植给予补贴;长期应建立中小养殖户和规模化肉牛肉羊养殖场并存的养殖结构,提高牛羊养殖业的服务能力,加强牛羊肉加工企业品牌建设和推进饲草饲料多元化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the impact of Sino-US trade war on the development of China’s cattle and sheep industry.The analysis believes that the Sino-US trade war will promote the structural reform of China’s cattle and sheep industry and force the transformation and upgrading of the industry. It will also promote the optimization and adjustment of China’s forage grass industry and bring opportunities for the development of forage grass industry.At the same time, the price of forage grass increased, the cost of breeding increased, the expected profit rate decreased, and breeding scale limitation. Combined with the complexity of the sino-us trade war, trade risks are more uncertain. So in order to cope with the impact of sino-us trade war on the development of China’s cattle and sheep industry, the countermeasures are proposed from the short-term and longterm perspectives. In the short term, subsidies should be increased for breeding female livestock and good seeds, and subsidies should be given to alfalfa and soybean cultivation. In the long run, the co-existence of small and medium-sized raisers and large-scale beef cattle and sheep farms should be established to improve the service capacity of beef and sheep breeding industry, strengthen the brand construction of beef and mutton processing enterprises and promote the diversification of forage grass and feed.更多还原
