不同水溶肥复配在设施番茄上的应用效果

【摘要】 为对比不同种类水溶肥单一或复合施用对设施番茄产量及品质的调节效应和增收效果,以番茄品种‘西润2007’为试材,设计T1(大量元素水溶肥),T2(大量+中量元素水溶肥),T3(大量+微量元素水溶肥),T4(大量+氨基酸水溶肥),T5(大量+腐殖酸水溶肥)5个处理,以常规施肥(尿素+硫酸钾)为对照,测定了番茄产量、果实维生素C含量、番茄红素含量、可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量等指标。结果表明,水溶肥可促进番茄增产0.3%~15.1%,以T2处理667 m2产量最高,为7 306 kg,比对照增加958 kg;采用隶属函数法对果实的营养品质指标进行综合评价,排序为T5>T2>T3>T4>T1>CK;T5处理667 m2投入最多,为1 425元,是对照的2.8倍,T2处理667 m2纯收入最高,为20 605元,比对照高出2 067元。综合番茄的产量、品质和效益指标,在番茄开花期和坐果前期应主要追施大量元素+中量元素水溶肥,促进番茄植株健壮和产量形成;在结果盛期应主要追施大量元素+腐殖酸水溶肥,促进番茄品质的提高。

【Abstract】 To find out the effect of different soluble fertilizers mixture on the yield and quality of tomato, the tomato variety‘Xirun 2007’was used as material in this research five different treatments were set, which were T1(Macronutrient soluble fertilizer), T2(Macronutrient soluble fertilize r+ Secondary soluble fertilizer), T3(Macronutrient soluble fertilizer +Micro-nutrient soluble fertilizer), T4(Macronutrient soluble fertilizer + Amino acid soluble fertilizer) and T5(Macronutrient soluble fertilizer + Humic acid soluble fertilizer), the common of routine fertilizer(urea+ potassium sulfate) was control,the fruit yield and the contents of VC, lycopene, soluble sugar and organic acid were measured. The results showed that the tomato yield was increased by 0.3%~15.1% after treatment, and T2 treatment exhibited the highest yield(7 306 kg per667 m2), which was 958 kg more than control. The nutritional quality indexes of fruits were evaluated by membership function method in a descending order as T5>T2>T3>T4 >T1>CK. The cost input of T5 treatment(1 425 RMB per 667 m2)was the hightest, which was 2.8 times of the control, while the maximum income of T2 treatment(20 605 RMB per 667 m2)was the highest, which was 2067 RMB higher than the control. Taken together, large amount of element + medium-quantity water-soluble fertilizer should be applied at the early stage of tomato flowering and fruit setting stage to promote the plant growth and fruit yield, at peak time during fruiting, a large number of elements + humic acid water soluble fertilizer should be applied to promote fruit quality.
