永磁同步电机失磁故障仿真研究

【摘要】 为了研究失磁故障对电机性能的影响,文章以小型船用永磁同步电机为研究对象,使用Maxwell软件建立仿真模型,采用等比例改变剩余磁感应强度和矫顽力的方法模拟均匀失磁故障,研究其对气隙磁密及转矩大小的影响,并提取定子电流、反电动势信号,运用傅里叶分析法分析谐波变化。仿真结果表明,随失磁程度增加,气隙径向磁密基波增大,转矩衰减常数增加,定子电流基波幅值逐渐减小,感应电动势基波幅值逐渐增大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of loss of magnetic fault on motor performance,the simulation model of small marine permanent magnet synchronous motor is established by using Maxwell software. The uniform loss of magnetic fault is simulated by changing the residual magnetic induction intensity and coercive force in equal proportion. The influence of the fault on air gap magnetic density and torque is studied. The stator current and counter EMF signal are extracted,and the harmonic variation is analyzed by Fourier analysis. The simulation results show that with the increase of the degree of loss of magnetic field,the radial magnetic density fundamental wave of air gap increases,the torque attenuation constant increases,the amplitude of stator current fundamental wave decreases,and the amplitude of induction electromotive force base wave increases gradually.
