贫困农村土壤——植物——儿童人体必需微量元素的研究进展

【摘要】 儿童隐性饥饿问题已成为学术关注热点,贫困农村儿童隐性饥饿问题迫在眉睫,其主要原因是必需微量元素失衡,儿童早期营养不良的后果具有不可逆性。土壤中微量元素含量、作物种类等因素是影响植物微量元素含量的重要因素,环境中各元素以不同的形态存在,并通过土壤、植物等自然生态因子进入食物链。本文综述贫困农村的食物安全问题、生物多样性与稀释效应对食物质量安全的影响、儿童隐性饥饿的危害等方面的研究进展,研究表明,开展土壤-植物-儿童人体系统必需微量元素关联特征研究很有必要。

【Abstract】 Children in poor rural areas are often the most affected by hidden hunger which has attracted increasing attention in recent years. Hidden hunger is mainly caused by micronutrient deficiencies and is a kind of undernutrition that the long-term health effects can last for years or even be permanent,are irreversible. Generally,both content of trace elements in soil and different plant species may influence content of trace elements in plant. The chemical substance that has diversity chemical composition and characteristic properties moves through biotic and abiotic compartments of earth and food chain. This paper reviewed food security in poor rural areas,the influence of biodiversity and diet dilution on food safety,as well as the impacts of hidden hunger among children. It is necessary to carry out further study to understand the process of eluviation,migration and accumulation of essential trace elements in soil-plant subsystem and the children’s body and related mechanism.
