【摘要】 我国腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)开始于2003年,发展时间短,但进步快速。16年来,国内医生在手术入路、手术流程、胰肠吻合等关键技术方面做了大量探索工作。目前,我国LPD的手术量、手术技术和效果均处于世界前列。未来LPD的研究将逐渐从技术过渡至理论、培训、质量控制研究,需要与肿瘤综合治疗共同发展。青年医生应以谦虚谨慎、积极主动的态度推动LPD的开展与研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy began in 2003 in China with a short development time but rapid improvement. In the past 16 years,domestic doctors have done a lot of exploration work on key technologies such as surgical approach,surgical procedure,and pancreaticojejunostomy. At present,the amount and effects of the surgeries,the surgical techniques and theoretical levels of China all rank the forefront of the world. The themes of research on laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy will gradually evolve from techniques to theories,trainings,and quality control,which needs to be developed together with diseases,especially comprehensive treatment of tumors. Young doctors should become a new force to perform this operation with modest,prudent and proactive attitudes.更多还原
