磁敏感序列联合黑水序列诊断创伤性脑微出血的应用研究
Study the application of magnetic sensitive sequence combined with blackwater sequence in the diagnosis of traumatic cerebral micro hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的探讨磁敏感序列(SWI)联合黑水序列(FLAIR)诊断创伤性脑微出血的应用研究。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的60例创伤性脑微出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者进行头部CT、常规磁共振成像(MRI)(包括T1WI、T2WI序列)和SWI联合FLAIR扫描。比较T1WI、T2WI序列、SWI联合FLAIR扫描的检出率及扫描信号特点。结果 SWI联合FLAIR扫描的检出率高于T1WI、T2WI序列,T2WI序列扫描的检出率高于T1WI,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SWI联合FLAIR扫描的信号特点优于T1WI、T2WI序列,T1WI序列扫描的信号特点优于T2WI序列,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SWI联合FLAIR扫描在创伤性脑微出血诊断中具有显著的应用价值,能为临床制定治疗方法提供合理的依据,加速患者康复。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the study the application of magnetic sensitive sequence(SWI) combined with blackwater sequence(FLAIR) in the diagnosis of traumatic cerebral micro hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic cerebral micro hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects, All patients underwent head CT, conventional MRI(including T1 WI, T2 WI sequences) and SWI combined with FLAIR. The detection rate and signal characteristics of T1 WI, T2 WI, SWI and flair were compared. Results The detection rate of SWI combined with FLAIR was higher than that of T1 WI and T2 WI, the T2 WI was higher than that of T1 WI, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The signal characteristics of SWI combined with FLAIR were better than those of T1 WI and T2 WI, the signal characteristics of T1 WI were better than those of T2 WI, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion SWI combined with FLAIR scanning has significant application value in the diagnosis of traumatic cerebral micro hemorrhage, which can provide a reasonable basis for clinical treatment and accelerate the recovery of patients.
