CNKI中脱落细胞高被引文献的统计与分析
Statistics and analysis of highly cited literatures on exfoliated cells in CNKI
【摘要】 目的对我国脱落细胞高被引文献进行统计和分析,为脱落细胞学检查技术的推广应用提供借鉴。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)建库至2017年12月31日的脱落细胞文献,采用普莱斯定律确定高被引文献,Excel 2007分析高被引文献的被引频次、年代分布、学科分布、作者姓名、发表机构、期刊名称、关键词及基金分布。结果共筛选出高被引文献204篇,总被引次数为2329次(62.96%),篇均被引频次17.52次;2001年后呈爆发式增长,至2005年升到峰值的90篇;脱落细胞文献的学科分布以研究肿瘤相关内容最多;高被引文献中署名11次的有1人,4人及以上合著129篇,占63.23%,累计合作193篇,合作率高达94.60%;最高发文机构为北京军区总医院,共发文10篇;《中华泌尿外科杂志》《福建中医学院学报》《临床与实验病理学》的发文数量排名在前3位;204篇高被引脱落细胞文献均列有3~8个关键词,共涉及关键词408个,739次,篇均3.26个;共计有15个基金项目的支持,囊括35篇论文,占高被引文献的17.16%,篇均2.33项次。结论脱落细胞学检查技术研究取得了一定进展,但应用领域有限,应重视其帮助诊断恶性疾病的筛查作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the highly cited literatures of exfoliated cells in China, to provide references for the popularization and application of exfoliated cells examination technology. Methods Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) was established until December 31, 2017, exfoliated cell literature was retrieved, the Price′s law to determine highly cited literature was used, the citation frequency, age distribution, subject distribution, author′s name,publishing institution, Journal name, key words and fund distribution of highly cited documents were analysed by Excel2007. Results A total of 204 highly cited articles were screened out, with a total of 2329 citations(62.96%) and 17.52 citations. After 2001, there was an explosive growth, reaching a peak of 90 articles in 2005. The literature of exfoliated cells was mostly about tumors. Among the 11 highly cited documents, 129 were co-authored by 1 person, 4 or more,accounting for 63.23%, and 193 were co-authored, with a cooperation rate of 94.60%. The highest publishing agency was General Hospital of Beijing Military Region, with 10 articles. Chinese Journal of Urology, Journal of Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Clinical and Experimental Pathology ranked the top three in the number of articles.204 highly cited exfoliated cells were listed with 3 to 8 key words, involving 408 key words, 739 times, with an average of 3.26. A total of 15 fund projects were supported, including 35 papers, accounting for 17.16% of the highly cited literature, with an average of 2.33 papers. Conclusion The research of exfoliative cytology has made some progress, but its application is limited. Its screening role in the diagnosis of malignant diseases should be paid attention.
