【摘要】 目的探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃黄色瘤的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年6月我院收治的80例胃黄色瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为内镜下氩离子凝固术组(40例)与活检钳一次性夹除组(40例)。活检钳一次性夹除组采用活检钳一次性夹除方法,内镜下氩离子凝固术组采用内镜下氩离子凝固术方法。比较两组治疗前后的生命质量评分、手术开展时间、术后住院时间及复发情况。结果内镜下氩离子凝固术组生命质量评分高于活检钳一次性夹除组,手术开展时间、术后住院时间短于活检钳一次性夹除组,复发率低于活检钳一次性夹除组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃黄色瘤患者实施胃黄色瘤内镜下氩离子凝固术可获得较好的治疗效果,可有效去除胃黄色瘤,降低复发率,缩短手术时间,患者恢复快,有利于术后生命质量的改善,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic argon ion coagulation in the treatment of gastric xanthoma.Methods Eighty patients with gastric xanthoma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into endoscopic argon ion coagulation group(40 cases) and biopsy forceps one-time clipping group(40 cases) according to random number table method.The biopsy forceps oneoff clipping method was used in the biopsy forceps one-time clipping group,and the endoscopic argon ion coagulation method was used in the endoscopic argon ion coagulation group.The quality of life score before and after treatment,operation time,hospital observation time and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of endoscopic argon ion coagulation group was higher than that of biopsy forceps one-time clipping group,the time of operation and hospitalization after operation was shorter than that of biopsy forceps one-time clipping group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of biopsy forceps one-off clipping group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic argon ion coagulation for gastric xanthoma can achieve better therapeutic effect.It can effectively remove gastric xanthoma,reduce the recurrence rate,shorten the operation time,and accelerate the recovery of patients.It is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life after surgery.It is worth promoting.更多还原
