【摘要】 目的探讨B超联合瞬时X线定位下标准通道经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)治疗无积水肾结石的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月～2018年10月我院收治的86例无积水肾结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各43例。研究组行B超联合瞬时X线定位下标准通道PCNL,对照组行B超定位下标准通道PCNL。比较两组患者的通道建立时间、手术时间、术后住院时间、一期结石清除率及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的通道建立时间、手术时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的一期结石清除率为90.7%,高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 B超联合瞬时X线定位下标准通道PCNL治疗无积水肾结石可缩短建立经皮肾通道时间和手术时间,结石清除率高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) under B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray localization in the treatment of non-nephredema renal calculi.Methods Eighty-six patients with non-nephredema renal calculi admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The standard channel PCNL was located by B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray in the study group, and the standard channel PCNL was located by B-mode ultrasound in the control group. The time of channel establishment, operation time, hospitalization time, primary stone clearance rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time of channel establishment and operation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05). The stone clearance rate of the study group was 90.7%, which was higher than 74.4% of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Standard channel PCNL under B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray localization in the treatment of non-nephredema renal calculi can shorten the time of establishing percutaneous renal channel and operation, with high stone clearance rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
