【摘要】 目的探讨围术期综合护理干预在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月～2018年5月到我院进行心脏介入手术治疗的冠心病患者104例作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为实验组和对照组,各52例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施围术期综合护理干预。比较两组患者对护理的总满意度、并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者对护理的总满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理干预在冠心病患者中取得良好的应用效果,可提高患者对护理的总满意度,降低其并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods All of 104 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional cardiac surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into the experimental group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing nursing, while the experimental group received the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention. The total nursing satisfaction degree and incidence of complications in patients between the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfaction degree in patients of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease has achieved good application effect, and it can improve the total nursing satisfaction degree of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
