主动斑块转移技术在冠状动脉分叉病变中的运用

【摘要】 目的观察主动斑块转移技术与边支导丝保护术治疗冠状动脉分叉病变的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年3月我院行冠脉介入治疗的90例分叉病变患者作为研究对象,根据主动性与被动性保护边支技术,将其回顾性分为A组(主动斑块转移技术)和B组(边支导丝保护),每组各45例。比较两组的病变特点及术后不良事件总发生率。结果两组的病变特点比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的不良事件总发生率(6.7%)低于B组(22.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单支架策略(必要时分支置入支架)治疗分叉病变时,主动斑块转移技术是一种可行、有效的技术,能有效降低边支闭塞的风险,降低住院期间的主要不良事件发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of active transfer plaque technique and jailed wire technique applied in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with coronary bifurcation lesions. Methods From May 2016 to March 2017, a total of 90 patients with bifurcation lesions who underwent PCI in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to active or passive protecting technique, they were retrospectively divided into two groups goup A(active transfer plaque techniqe) and group B(jailed wire technique), with 45 cases in each group. The characteristic of lesions and total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in pathological characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in group A(6.7%) was lower than that in group B(22.2%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Provisional stenting of coronary bifurcation lesions using active transfer plaque technique is associated with a high procedural success rate, a low rate of branch occlusion and adverse events.
