【摘要】 目的评价无创正压通气(NPPV)联合雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺部感染合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月～2018年3月我院收治的68例老年COPD肺部感染合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各34例。对照组应用雾化吸入治疗,实验组在对照组基础上应用NPPV治疗。比较两组的血气指标、炎症反应指标、临床症状评分指标。结果治疗后,实验组的血气指标优于对照组,炎症反应指标水平低于对照组,临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年COPD肺部感染合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施雾化吸入配合NPPV治疗,血气指标、临床症状改善均可显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NPPV) combined with nebulization in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) pulmonary infection with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with COPD pulmonary infection and type Ⅱ respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nebulized inhalation. The experimental group was treated with NPPV on the basis of the control group. Blood gas index, inflammatory response index and clinical symptom score index were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the indexes of blood gas and immune function of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the level of inflammatory response of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of nebulized inhalation and NPPV in the treatment of elderly patients with COPD pulmonary infection and type Ⅱ respiratory failure can significantly improve the immune function.更多还原
