【摘要】 目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取萍乡市中医院心血管科2016年6月～2018年10月收治的60例冠心病心绞痛住院患者,根据治疗方案不同分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规予以拜阿司匹林、硝酸酯类、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂(ARB)、他汀类调脂稳定斑块等药物,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合左卡尼汀静脉滴注,两组共治疗10 d。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间等。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组,持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗冠心病心绞痛可提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状,两者联用有协同作用,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenxiong Glucose Injection combined with L-Carnitine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods From June 2016 to October 2018, 60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the Cardiology Department of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Pingxiang City were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment schemes, 30 cases in each group. The control group was routinely given Aspirin, nitrate esters, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker(ARB), statins to regulate lipid and stable plaque.On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with Shenxiong Glucose Injection and L-Carnitine intravenously. The two groups were treated for 10 days. The clinical efficacy, the number of angina attacks before and after treatment, duration of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group(66.66%), with significant difference(P<0.05). The number of angina pectoris attack after treatment in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the duration in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenxiong Glucose Injection combined with L-Carnitine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve the clinical efficacy and the clinical symptoms of patients. The combination of the two methods has synergistic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
