【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对重症手足口(HFMD)患儿康复及家属心理状态的影响。方法选取江西省儿童医院2016年6月～2017年12月收治的60例重症HFMD患儿及家属作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组在临床治疗的基础上给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上对患儿及家属进行心理干预。比较两组的住院时间,危重症转化率及干预前后家属焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组的住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组危重症转化率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SAS评分明显低于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可缩短重症HFMD患儿住院治疗时间,降低危重症转化率,减轻患儿家属的焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on rehabilitation of children with severe hand foot mouth disease(HFMD) and their family members′ psychological state. Methods A total of 60 children with severe HFMD and their family members admitted to Jiangxi Children′s Hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing on the basis of clinical treatment, while the research group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The hospitalization time, critical illness conversion rate and family anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), the transformation rate of critical illness in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the SAS score of the two groups after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention(P <0.05), and the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can shorten the hospitalization time of children with severe HFMD, reduce the conversion rate of critical illness, and alleviate the anxiety of family members of children with severe HFMD.更多还原
