【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病(DM)护理专科门诊对手术患者的健康教育效果。方法选取我院2016年6月～2017年6月收治的184例DM手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(92例)和观察组(92例)。对照组实施常规门诊。观察组实施DM护理专科门诊。比较两组出院和术后随访1年时的血糖指标、治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、不良事件发生情况。结果两组术后随访1年时的血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]低于本组出院时(P<0.05)。观察组术后随访1年时的血糖指标(FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从性(饮食合理、运动疗法、按时服药、病情监测、定期复查)、健康知识掌握度(疾病知识掌握度、用药方法掌握度、不良事件处理知识掌握度)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DM护理专科门诊可提高DM手术患者的健康教育效果,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of diabetes mellitus(DM) nursing clinic on health education for operative patients.Methods A total of 184 DM patients undergone surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,92 cases in each group.In the control group,health education in regular clinic was implemented,while in the observation group,health education was implemented at the DM specialist clinic.The blood glucose index,treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery,and adverse events were compared between the two groups at discharge and one year follow-up.Results The blood glucose levels including fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) in the two groups were lower than those at discharge(P <0.05).The blood glucose indices including FBG,2 h PG,and HbA1 c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group one year follow-up after surgery(P<0.05).The patients′ treatment compliance including rational diet,exercise therapy,on-time medication,disease monitoring,and regular review,and health knowledge mastery including disease knowledge mastery degree,medication mastery,and knowledge on disposal of adverse events in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The DM nursing specialist clinic can improve the health education effect in DM patients undergone surgery and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
