糖尿病干细胞Mobilopathy研究进展

【摘要】 糖尿病是一种慢性代谢疾病,高血糖可导致细胞损伤和内源性修复机制受损,引发多器官并发症,而骨髓微环境作为多器官系统汇合和交流重要部位,与糖尿病的相互影响受到越来越多的重视。糖尿病干细胞Mobilopathy是指以糖尿病微血管病变、神经病变、脂肪沉积、炎症等方式改变骨髓微环境和功能,进而导致骨髓干细胞动员受损的疾病状态。此种骨髓微环境变化不仅减少外周血骨髓干细胞的数量和损害其功能,还加剧多种糖尿病并发症的发生发展。通过骨髓动员剂和其他治疗糖尿病药物的联合应用,以改善骨髓微环境和恢复骨髓干细胞的功能,有助于糖尿病及其并发症的治疗。

【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and a variety of related biochemical abnormalities. Hyperglycemia causes cell damage and impairs endogenous repair mechanism,which leads to multiple organ complications. Bone marrow microenvironment is an important position of the confluence and communication of multiple organ systems,and its interaction with diabetes is receiving more and more attention. Diabetic bone marrow stem cell mobilopathy refers to the state in which the microenvironment and function of bone marrow are altered by diabetic microangiopathy,neuropathy,adipose accumulation and inflammation. It leads to impaired mobilization of bone marrow stem cells. The changes in bone marrow microenvironment can reduce the number of peripheral blood marrow stem cells and impair their function,and also aggravate the occurrence and development of various diabetic complications. Bone marrow mobilizer combined with other diabetes treatments can improve the bone marrow microenvironment and restore bone marrow stem cell function,which will help treat diabetes and its complications.
