【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a kind of memory and cognitive impairments. Its pathogenesis has always been a research hot spot. A large number of studies have shown that the insulin in brain have a close connection with AD. This article will elaborate on the sources and effects of insulin in brain;insulin andβ amyloid protein,insulin and tua protein phosphorylation,abnormal insulin signaling pathway and insulin resistance,to further understand the influence of intracerebral insulin on the pathogenesis of AD.更多还原
