脑内胰岛素与阿尔茨海默病发病机制的研究进展
The effect of intracerebral insulin on Alzheimer’s Disease
【摘要】 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种以记忆和认知功能损伤为主要表现的疾病,其发病机制一直是研究热点。脑内胰岛素与AD的发病机制密切相关。本文将从脑内胰岛素的来源与作用,胰岛素与β淀粉样蛋白、tau蛋白磷酸化、胰岛素信号通路异常及IR等方面进行综述,以明确脑内胰岛素对AD的影响。
【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a kind of memory and cognitive impairments. Its pathogenesis has always been a research hot spot. A large number of studies have shown that the insulin in brain have a close connection with AD. This article will elaborate on the sources and effects of insulin in brain;insulin andβ amyloid protein,insulin and tua protein phosphorylation,abnormal insulin signaling pathway and insulin resistance,to further understand the influence of intracerebral insulin on the pathogenesis of AD.
