城市雨水径流综合管控平台与辅助决策系统研究及示范

【摘要】 "十二五"国家水污染防治重大专项设立"城市雨水径流管理与径流污染控制技术研究与示范"项目,分别从地表过程、管网过程和综合管控角度开展研究。通过"城市雨水径流管理与径流污染控制技术研究与示范"项目的相关课题研究,围绕内涝与径流污染防治目标,形成"城市雨水径流综合管控平台与辅助决策系统的集成技术体系"标志性成果,支撑上海、镇江等典型特大型城市和中小型城市的防涝安全和面源污染控制,起到借鉴、指导作用。

【Abstract】 During the 12 th Five-Year Plan, the national water pollution prevention & control major project research & demonstration of urban stormwater runoff management & runoff pollution control technology is established, and the research is carried out from the perspective of surface process, pipe network process & comprehensive management & control. Based on the project of research & demonstration of urban rainwater runoff management & runoff pollution control technology, and centering on the goal of prevention & control of waterlogging & runoff pollution, the landmark achievement of integrated technology system of urban rainwater runoff comprehensive management & control platform & auxiliary decision-making system is formed to support the waterlogging safety and non-point source pollution control of typical super-large city such as Shanghai and mid-small city such as Zhenjiang, which can be used for reference & guidance.
