产业梯度转移促进技术势能集聚的驱动机制与空间效应
Driving Mechanism and Spatial Effect of Industrial Gradient Transfer Promoting Technology Potential Energy Agglomeration
【摘要】 本文从创新行为的前端视角出发,综合创新环境、创新意愿和创新要素吸引力三个维度界定了技术势能集聚的概念;从动态演化的视角理论解析了产业梯度转移促进技术势能集聚的内在机理,并以中国区域创新过程中的技术势能集聚为案例,采用一般嵌套模型(GNS)对其空间效应进行实证检验。研究表明:中国区域技术势能集聚水平具有在时间维度上不断增长、在空间维度上从东北往西南方向扩散的"传导式"演化模式。产业梯度转移通过对技术势能三个维度的作用,能显著促进其集聚水平的提升,但在地区技术共享意愿和要素再配置效应不确定性的影响下,其空间溢出效应的方向也存在不确定性。
【Abstract】 From the front view of innovation behavior, this paper defines the concept of technology potential agglomeration based on three dimensions: comprehensive innovation environment, innovation intention and attraction of innovation factors; theoretically analyzes the internal mechanism of industrial gradient transfer promoting technology potential energy agglomeration from the perspective of dynamic evolution; taking the agglomeration of technological potential energy in the process of regional innovation in China as an example, empirically testes its spatial effect with the GNS model. Results shows that: The level of technical potential energy accumulation in China continually grows in the time dimension and exhibits different characteristics at different stages of economic development; in the spatial dimension, it shows that the "transmission" development pattern, and further spreads along the northeast to the southwest. Industrial gradient transfer can significantly promote technology potential energy concentration, but under the influence of uncertainty of regional technology sharing willingness and factor reallocation effect, the direction of its spatial spillover effect is also uncertain.
