【摘要】 省市是推动"一带一路"倡议实施的基础单元,论文从省市视角构建了对接"一带一路"倡议重点国别选择评价模型,并以重庆为样本,得出新加坡、新西兰等8国为沿线经贸合作重点国家。研究认为:各省市应紧扣国家赋予的战略定位,结合自身发展目标和沿线重点国家实际需求采取差异化的合作策略。重庆应从开放通道拓展,开放型经济产业优化、开放平台功能提升、投资合作领域深化与交流机制健全等方面入手,全面提升与"一带一路"沿线重点国家合作水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Provinces is the basic unit to promote the implementation ofthe "Belt and Road"initiative.This paper constructs a national selection evaluation model about provinces docking the "Belt and Road" initiative. By taking Chongqing as a sample, it was found that eight countries, including Singapore and New Zealand are the key countries in the economic and trade cooperation between Chongqing and the countries along the Belt and Road. The research suggests that provinces should follow the strategic positioning given by the central government, and adopt a differentiated cooperation strategy in combination with their own development goals and the actual needs of key countries along the Belt and Road. Chongqing should start from these aspects, such as expanding opening channel, optimizing export-oriented industries, upgrading the open platform function, deepening the investment cooperation, perfecting the communication mechanism, to comprehensively upgrade the level of cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road.更多还原
