【摘要】 为了控制犊牛的性别,提高母犊率,通过生物技术方法,运用Zfy干扰基因载体对荷斯坦种公牛睾丸进行连续处理后,采集其精液制成性控冻精。通过小规模试验和大群中试应用,情期受胎率分别达到72.2%、65.4%,母犊率分别达到76.9%、71.6%,与普通冻精比较,母犊率分别高出29个百分点和23.7个百分点。后裔13月龄测试,其体重、胸围、体斜长等与普通冻精后裔基本一致(P>0.05)。说明这种性别控制的方法可行。

【Abstract】 In order to control the sex of calves and increase the rate of female calves,the semen of Holstein bulls was collected and frozen semen was prepared by using Zfy interfering gene vector through biotechnology("Prolific female calf"frozen semen).Through experiment and application,results Showed that cycle conception rate was72.2%and 65.4%,the female calf rate was 76.9%and 71.6%respectively.Compared with the common frozen semen,the female calf rate growed 29 and 23.7 percentage point respectively.The body weight,body oblique length and bust length of the descendants were basically consistent with that of the common frozen semen at 13 month old time test(P>0.05).It shows that this method of gender control is feasible.
