原料煤性质对焦炭质量影响因素的分析与研究

【摘要】 为了探讨单种炼焦煤指标对炼焦质量的影响,进行了27个单种煤的小焦炉试验,用来分析焦炭的冷热强度。研究结果表明,变质程度和粘结性能是炼制优质焦炭的基础,挥发分在20%~26%且粘结指数在82~88或基氏流动度在2.0~3.0的范围内得到的单种焦炭的CSR较高;单种煤的催化指数降低和单种煤的微强粘比增加使得单种焦炭CSR增加;除了粘结性指标和变质程度指标以外,另外考虑催化指数和微强粘比。选取以上4类指标进行回归分析后发现,以采用WQN、R、LGMF和MCI这4个指标的预测模型最佳,相关系数达到71.0%。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influence of a single coking coal index on coking quality, the authors conducted 27 small coke oven tests of single coal to analyze intensity of heat and cold. The results showed that the degree of metamorphism and adhesive property were basis of refining high-quality coke, when the volatile component was from 20% to 26%, the caking index was from 82 to 88 and the Gieseler fluidity was in the range of 2.0 to 3.0, the CSR of the single coke was high, the catalytic index of a single coal decreased and the micro-strong viscosity of a single coal increased, the CSR of a single coke increased, futhermore catalytic index, the micro-viscosity ratio, adhesion index and the degree of deterioration index should be considered. According to regression analyzed the four types of indicators, the prediction models using the indicators of WQN, R, LGMF and MCI were the best, and the correlation coefficient reached 71.0%.
