【摘要】 通过宏观检验、金相检验、室温拉伸试验、维氏硬度检测,化学成分分析等方法,对某厂2号亚临界机组锅炉的屏式过热器爆管原因进行分析。结果发现,屏式过热器管爆管的主要原因是高温环境下的过载失效断裂。为此,提出相应的防止该锅炉机组再次出现屏式过热器爆管的建议,为今后该锅炉的安全运行提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bursting failure reason of the panel superheater tube in a subcritical station boiler NO.2 of a certain factory was studied though the methods of macro inspection,metallographic examination,tensile test at room temperature,vickers micro hardness test and chemical composition analysis.The results show the bursting tubes of panel superheater was overload failure under circumstances of overheating.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for preventing the panel superheater tube from bursting again.更多还原
