【Abstract】 The patent conflicts in industrial technology standard alliance exist in various patent activities,and the prevention of conflicts is the inevitable choice of improving the efficiency of the alliance. Through the analysis of patent activities in industrial technology standard alliances and the existing patent conflicts,and by considering the conflict subjects and contradiction focuses,this paper divides the patent conflicts into two dimensions and four types. Then the conflict prevention tactics is put forward according to different types of conflicts. This research may provide reference for industrial technology standard alliance to manage patent conflicts.更多还原
