基于五大空间布局的装备制造业技术效率评价与测度
Evaluation and Measurement of Technical Efficiency of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry on China’s Five Spatial Layouts
【摘要】 本文以中国装备制造业的五大"热点"区域18个省份为视角,采用三阶段DEA方法,综合分析2011—2015年装备制造业技术效率的空间布局、动态发展和影响因素。结果表明:装备制造业技术效率的均值有典型区域差异性,依次以珠三角、环渤海、长三角、中西部、东北地区的顺序递减,区域间规模效率差异大是制约装备制造业综合效率提升的瓶颈;企业规模、政府支持力度和对外开放水平因素对装备制造业技术效率有显著影响,在此基础上提出相应政策建议。
【Abstract】 From the perspective of equipment manufacturing industry in 18 provinces of China’s five"hot spots",the paper uses a threestage DEA approach to comprehensively analyze the spatial layout,dynamic development and influence factor of the equipment manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2015. The results show that the average value of technical efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry has typical regional differences,which are sequentially decreasing in the order of the Pearl River Delta,the Bohai Rim,the Yangtze River Delta,the Midwest,and the Northeast. The large difference in scale efficiency between regions is the bottleneck that restricts the improvement of overall efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. The scale of enterprises,the strength of government support and the level of opening up have a significant impact on the technical efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. Finally,based on this,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
