【摘要】 肱骨髁间骨折是一类常见且复杂的骨折,治疗难度大,并发症多。目前对于此类骨折的治疗获得了较大的进展,但仍存在很多不规范的地方,尤其在围手术期处理方面。在加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的指导下,对围手术期处理流程进行全面优化可以进一步提高治疗效果。因此,经全国创伤骨科专家讨论,以循证医学证据为基础,以ERAS理念为指导,特制定该共识,为医务人员在治疗此类骨折时提供指导。该共识适用于需采用手术治疗的新鲜、闭合肱骨髁间骨折患者。更多还原
【Abstract】 Intercondylar fracture of the humerus is a type of common and complex fracture with high complication rate, which is difficult to be treated. Many achievements about the treatment have been gained, yet there are still many aspects which need to be improved, especially for the perioperative management. Optimizing the perioperative protocols under the guidance of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) can further improve clinical outcomes. Thus, after the discussion of the experts specialized in traumatic orthopedics in China, supported by evidence-based medicine, we conducted this expert consensus according to ERAS concept to guide the treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture. The current consensus is applicable to all closed fresh humeral intercondylar fractures.更多还原
