不同营养水平日粮对笼养AA肉鸡生产性能及屠体品质的影响

【摘要】 通过调整能量和蛋白,研究三种不同营养水平的饲粮对山东地区笼养肉鸡生产性能及屠体品质等相关指标的影响。试验选用1日龄爱拔益加(Arbor Acres,AA)肉鸡360只,随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,试验分两阶段进行,0~3周龄为第一阶段,4~6周龄为第二阶段,饲喂蛋白和能量水平设计为低(L)、中(M)、高(H)的三种玉米-豆粕型日粮。结果显示:(1)H、M组平均日采食量均较L组少,其中H组显著低于L组(P<0.05),且饲料转化效率均高于L组(P<0.05)。(2)L组的腹脂率显著低于H组(P<0.05),全净膛率较其他两组高(P<0.05)。(3)胸肌中粗脂肪水平随营养浓度的提高而增加(P>0.05),M组腿肌a*值显著高于L组(P<0.05)。结果表明,山东地区笼养肉鸡首先应避免饲粮中能量、蛋白质水平不足,以前期蛋白21.0%,代谢能12.34 MJ/kg,后期蛋白19.5%,代谢能12.91 MJ/kg为基准,合理调整营养水平。

【Abstract】 Regulation of feed stuff′s energy and protein level on growth and carcass quality was the theme in this essay. Three hundred and sixty AA broiler(one-day-age) were chosen and randomly distributed into 3 groups with 6 replicates, 20 broilers per replicate. Experiment lasted for 42 days, which was equally divided into 2 stages. High, medium and low nutrition level diets were respectively formulated by energy and protein.(1) The high and medium group took less feed than the low one, especially the H group(P<0.05), with more efficient feed utilization(P<0.05). The low group′s abdomen fat percentage was significantly lower than that of high group(P<0.05), and higher eviscerated yield comparing with the other two.(3) Pectoralis fat escalated with the increase of feed fat level, though not significantly. The a*value of leg muscle in M group was significantly higher than L group(P<0.05). The results implicated that energy and protein deficiency should be avoided, and 21% protein and 12.34 MJ/kg metabolic energy in the first stage, 19.5% protein and 12.91 MJ/kg in the second stage could be appropriate in Shandong province caged broilers, regulation was acceptable in different cases.
