【摘要】 目的了解广西农村中老年人群艾滋病知识的知晓程度和性行为情况,以及HIV、HCV和梅毒感染情况,为开展有针对性的艾滋病防控干预和健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对广西某县2个乡镇50岁及以上的中老年人进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查和血清学检测,采用χ~2检验进行统计分析。结果3006名中老年人的总体知晓率为35.1%,三组年龄段中老年人的知晓率随着年龄增加而降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在已婚或同居的中老年人中,仍有23.4%近半年内发生过性行为,发生性行为的次数是随着年龄的增加而减少的,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);其中高达87.2%的中老年人从未使用安全套,每次使用安全套的仅占3.3%。在所有被调查的中老年人中,4.3%的人半年内发生过临时性行为,其中68.0%的人从未使用安全套,9.4%的人每次都使用安全套。中老年人HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体检测阳性率分别为09%、0.4%和0.4%,不同年龄段间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广西市某县农村中老年人的艾滋病相关知识知晓率和安全套使用率均偏低,应将农村中老年人作为艾滋病防治健康教育的重点人群,提倡安全性行为,采取有针对性的健康教育和防控措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand theHIV/AIDS related knowledge,sexual behavior and HIV,HCV and syphilis infections among middle-aged and elderly people living in rural areas in a county,Guangxi,and provides scientific basis for targeted education and intervention of HIV/AIDS in the elderly.Methods Using the stratified cluster sampling method,the questionnaire survey and serological test was conducted among 50 years and older people living in rural areas in Guilin City.Statistics analysis were performed by chi-square test.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among 50 years and older people living in rural areas in Guilin City was 35.1%.In the three groups,the awareness rate of the elderly decreased with age,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).In the elderly who are married or cohabiting,23.4% of them still have sexual behavior in the past half year.The number of sexual behaviors decreases with age,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).Among them,up to 87.2% of the elderly were never used a condom and only 3.3% of them used condoms each time.In all of the surveyed elderly,4.3% of them have temporary sexual behavior in the past half year.Among them,68.0% of the elderly were never used a condom and only 9.4% of them used condoms each time.The antibodypositive rate of HIV,HCV and syphilis were 0.9%,0.4% and0.4% respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among 50 years and older people living in rural areas in Guangxi is low,and the use of condoms is also low.The elderly in rural areas should be the focus group of education for the prevention and treatment of AIDS,and the targeted publicity and education should be strengthened.更多还原
