导管架平台卡箍修复的有限元分析

【摘要】 对卡箍修复后的损伤导管架平台结构进行有限元分析,对损伤修复后的结构强度进行校核,验证卡箍修复形式是否可以满足规范要求。提出在ANSYS软件中进行卡箍修复后导管架结构有限元分析的模拟方法,并对导管架中的3种典型节点的卡箍修复情况进行模拟,调整卡箍长度,验证不同卡箍长度的修复情况。将该方法应用于整体导管架模型的修复以研究单个节点修复对结构的影响,结果表明:该方法可以实现导管架平台卡箍修复后结构的数值模拟,且不同节点修复时所需的最小卡箍长度不同。

【Abstract】 In order to carry out the finite element analysis on jacket platform after clamp repair,to check the strength of repaired structure and to ensure the clamp repair form meet the requirements,a simulation method for the finite element analysis of the jacket platform afterclamp repair in ANSYS software is proposed.The repair situations of three typical joint structures are simulated and the clamp length is adjusted to verify the repair effect of different clamp length.The method is applied to the repair of the overall jacket platform model to study the effect of individual node repair on the structure.The result shows that the method can realize the numerical simulation of the jacket platform after clamp repair,and the minimum clamp length required for different node repair is different.
