热气机活塞敲击力计算与分析
Calculation and Analysis of Piston Slapping Force in Stirling Engines
【摘要】 以某型热气机单缸模型为研究对象,基于HyperMesh、ANSYS、AVL Excite软件联合仿真建模的方法,计算分析活塞敲击力、敲击能量和摩擦功耗随配缸间隙的变化规律。结果表明:随着配合间隙的增加,敲击力、敲击能量增大,活塞缸套总摩擦功耗先减小后增加。配缸间隙在0.02~0.06 mm范围内时,敲击力、敲击能量较小,摩擦功耗也相对较小,对热气机的振动噪声贡献较小。
【Abstract】 The method combined with HyperMesh, ANSYS and AVL Excite software is developed for the investigation and is illustrated through analyzing a single-cylinder Stirling engine model. The effects of the clearance on the tapping force, the tapping energy and the frictional power consumption are studied. The study shows that the tapping force and the tapping energy go up as the clearance increases, while the total frictional power consumption between piston and cylinder decreases first and then increases with the increase of the cylinder clearance. When the cylinder clearance is between 0.02 mm and 0.06 mm, the tapping force and the tapping energy are small and only cause slight vibration and low noise, and the frictional power consumption are relatively small.
