有机硅助剂对防治中国梨喀木虱药剂的增效作用
Synergism effect of organosilicone additive on pesticides against Cacopsylla chinensis(Hemiptera: Psyllidae)
【摘要】 为明确有机硅对吡虫啉、噻虫胺和毒死蜱3种防治中国梨喀木虱药剂的增效作用,为农药减量化提供参考依据,以中国梨喀木虱为研究对象,采用浸叶法和喷雾法分别在室内进行了对若虫的毒力测定和田间防效试验。结果表明:添加有机硅助剂可提高3种药剂的杀虫活性和防治效果,吡虫啉、噻虫胺和毒死蜱的增效比分别为1.30、1.27和1.73,田间防治效果分别提高43.13%、16.30%、12.52%;在有机硅助剂作用下,吡虫啉药后14 d防治效果为82.63%,显著高于单独使用吡虫啉的防治效果。有机硅助剂提高了3种药剂的杀虫活性、延长了持效期,为减少梨园用药量提供了现实依据。
【Abstract】 The paper aimed to clarify the synergistic effect of organosilicone additive on imidacloprid,clothianidin and chlorpyrifos against Cacopsylla chinensis,and to provide reference for the reduction of pesticide.The laboratory toxicity bioassay and field control effect were conducted by using leaf dipping method and spraying method respectively.The results show that 0.2% organosilicone additive could improve the insecticidal activity and control effect of the three pesticides.The synergism ratios of imidacloprid,clothianidin and chlorpyrifos were 1.30,1.27 and 1.73 in the lab,respectively.However,the control effect increased by 43.13%,16.30% and 12.52% in the field,respec.tively.In addition,the control effect of imidacloprid under the organosilicone additive was 82.63% on the 14 th day after spraying,which was significantly higher than that of the imidacloprid alone.The organosilicon additive increased the insecticidal activity and prolonged the effective period of the insecticide against Cacopsylla chinensis, which provided a realistic basis for reducing the accumulative use of pesticides in pear orchard.
