【摘要】 为推动粤港澳大湾区融合发展,《中国教育现代化2035》提出要以粤港澳大湾区为重点,建设新时代教育改革发展的示范区、创新区和先行区。高等教育在国家教育体系中具有重要地位,在推动粤港澳大湾区融合发展中应先行先试,发挥好引领作用。高等教育在青年人体验制度、社会阶层形成变化、制度文明水平表征等方面对于国家制度存续具有重要影响。基于此,从水平差距、社会影响、制度障碍等方面分析了当前制约高等教育在大湾区发挥上述影响力、促进粤港澳融合发展的主要原因,并提出了构建促进多元文化归一的价值教育体系、构建面向未来教育形态的大学人才培养体系、建立人才资源流动配置新秩序、加快建设中国特色世界一流大学等方面的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the integrated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area(GBA), China’s Education Modernization 2035 proposed to build demonstration areas, innovation areas and leading areas for the reform and development of education in the new era, focusing on the GBA. Higher education plays an important role in the national education system. It should play a leading role in the integrated development of the GBA. This paper states that higher education has important influence on the existence of national system in several respects such as the system experience of young people, the formation and change of social strata, and the representation of the civilization level. From the aspects of level gap, social influence and system obstacles, this paper analyzes the main reasons that restrict higher education to exert the above influence in the GBA and promote the integration and development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. This paper puts forward several policy proposals to construct a value education system to promote the unification of multiculturalism, construct a university talents training system facing the future education form, establish a new order of human resources flow and allocation, and speed up the development of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
