【Abstract】 Colleges and universities are academic organizations composed of teachers, students and administrative staff as well as various internal academic institutions such as disciplines, majors, laboratories and research institutes. Under the influence of market economy and knowledge economy, especially in the process of collaborative innovation, a complex collaborative innovation community with university as the core is formed through the extensive collaboration of internal and external personnel and institutions. It studies the formation and characteristics of collaborative innovation community based on university.
